At Proto-shop, we are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping of electronics components throughout the European Union. Please review our shipping and return policies below.
1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the EU:
All orders include tracking information sent to your email.
2. Order Processing
Our order processing timeline:
- Order Confirmation: Immediate email confirmation upon successful payment
- Preparation: Orders are picked and packed within 24 hours
- Dispatch: You receive tracking information via email
- Delivery: Carrier provides delivery updates
3. Shipping Regions
We currently ship only within the European Union.
All EU member states are covered. Standard rates apply to Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Germany. Extended delivery times may apply to remote regions.
We do not ship outside the EU at this time.
4. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Defective or damaged products received
- Wrong items shipped (our error)
- 14-day return period for unopened items
- Contact us within 14 days to initiate a return
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened electronic components (due to ESD sensitivity)
- Custom-cut or specially ordered components
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items showing signs of use or installation
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage
- We will arrange replacement or full refund
- Keep all original packaging for inspection
For damaged items, contact us immediately at office@proto-shop.se with order number and photos.
7. How to Return Items
- Contact Support: Email us with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We will provide a return authorization number
- Pack Securely: Use original packaging when possible
- Ship Back: Send to the address provided (return shipping cost may apply)
- Refund: We process refund upon receiving and inspecting the return

All components sold by Proto-shop are:
- Authentic components from verified manufacturers
- Quality tested before dispatch
- Properly stored to prevent ESD damage
- Accompanied by datasheets where applicable
9. Order Issues & Support
Missing Items: Contact us within 48 hours
Wrong Quantity: We will ship the difference at no charge
